Site Manager Location: Epsom, Surrey Start: ASAP Duration: Initial 8 Weeks Potential Long-Term Work We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a national facilities management and engineering services provider, overseeing roofing works at the headquarters of a major global organisation in Epsom, Surrey. The initial project will involve an 8-week programme managing roof resealing and guttering works, with the potential to progress onto an additional two wings. The role: Manage the day-to-day delivery of roof resealing and guttering works. Coordinate subcontractors and site activities. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Manage RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks. Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records. Use Procore for site reporting and project documentation. Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team. Maintain high standards of Health and Safety throughout the works. Requirements: Previous Site Management experience. Experience managing roofing, refurbishment or similar works would be advantageous. Procore experience is essential. SMSTS CSCS Black Card First Aid at Work Strong subcontractor management and Health and Safety experience. Available to start at short notice.
