The role will involve overseeing a boiler replacement project working in a non-working capacity and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of works on site. Key Responsibilities Overseeing a boiler replacement project Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors. Provide day-to-day site supervision and ensure works remain on programme. Manage RAMS, permits and site health & safety. Monitor quality and progress of works. Liaise with the project team and prison/site stakeholders. Ensure all works are delivered safely and to the required standard. Requirements EL1 Clearance – essential. SMSTS – essential. First Aid – essential. Previous Site Manager experience. Previous prison or secure-site experience desirable. £350 per day CIS | 12-week contract | Rochester, Kent Temporary
