Site Manager HS2 12-Month Contract Project: HS2Location: Aylesbury / BuckinghamshireDuration: 12 monthsContract: £350 PER DAY Freelance / CIS / LtdRate: Negotiable depending on experience We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major HS2 infrastructure project on an initial 12-month contract. IMPORTANT MANDATORY REQUIREMENT Candidates MUST already be EKFB inducted. Candidates without a valid EKFB induction will not be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities within your allocated section. Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, RAMS, ITPs and project requirements. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Section Engineers, Project Managers and the wider delivery team. Plan and coordinate daily site activities and resources. Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or constraints. Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks and coordination meetings where required. Ensure adequate labour, plant, materials and equipment are available to deliver the works. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works meet required quality standards. Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance. Ensure RAMS are briefed and adhered to by all personnel. Carry out regular site ..... full job details .....
