Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 16-week school refurbishment project in North West London starting immediately.

As the lead manager on-site, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring strict safety standards in an educational environment, managing subcontractors, and keeping the project strictly on schedule and within budget.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in the education sector or on small refurbishments (projects up to £3m in value).

• Certifications (Mandatory):

  • SMSTS

  • CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)

  • First Aid at Work

• Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with the main contractor team, subcontractors, and school stakeholders.

• Enhanced DBS clearance is highly advantageous due to the working environment
