Job Title: Site Manager Location: Surbiton Project: Warehouse Refurbishment Project Value: Approx. 750,000 Duration: 12 Weeks (with potential for further works) Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a warehouse refurbishment project in Surbiton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, with the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial 12-week programme. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Managing subcontractors and site personnel Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects (ideally industrial/warehouse) Strong leadership and communication skills SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential) Ability to manage tight programmes and deliver under pressure Good knowledge of HandS regulations and site procedures If this role is of interest, please reach out directly to Charles Howe of Tradeline Recruitment. ..... full job details .....
