About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major re-cladding project on a high-rise residential building in Norwich. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a complex and safety-critical scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, particularly in relation to fa-ade and cladding works
• Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Requirements (Essential):

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise re-cladding or fa-ade remediation projects
• Strong understanding of external wall systems, fire safety regulations, and compliance standards
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Manager level), and First Aid certification
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high safety standards

Desirable:

• Experience working on occupied residential buildings
• Knowledge of current building safety legislation and remediation programmes
• Temporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor certification
