The scheme is secured and currently on site under a JCT Design and Build contract. Main works involve SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) construction, associated groundworks, car park infrastructure, and full fit-out works. The overall program runs for approximately 45 weeks, with a dedicated Site Manager required on-site around November 2026. While you will be taking point on this specific educational project, our client is actively expanding and seeking a strong manager for a long-term position. Permanent employment is strongly preferred, though a long-term self-employed (CIS) arrangement will be considered for the right candidate.
