Working alongside the Site Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and site operatives. Monitor health and safety compliance and promote best practice on site. Support the delivery of civils works including groundworks, drainage, ducting, utilities, and associated infrastructure. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings. Ensure project programmes are maintained and report on progress. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders as required. Maintain site records and documentation.
