Our client have secured a number of projects starting in 2026 which is why they are increasing their management team and able to offer longevity Key responsibilities as Site Manager: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality. Supervise RC works , including foundations, slabs, walls, columns, beams, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pours. Manage basement construction , including excavation, retaining structures, waterproofing, and RC works. Coordinate structural alterations , including demolition, openings, strengthening, temporary propping, and connections to existing structures.
