Site Manager (Contract) Location: Liverpool (Liverpool, L3)Rate: £270 per dayHours: 7:00am 4:00pmStart Date: Monday 2nd NovemberDuration: 2+ Months (Until Friday 22nd January initially)Sector: Construction and Property Commercial Fit-Out and RefurbishmentSite Manager - Liverpool We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established project team on a high-profile commercial refurbishment project in Liverpool.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a £10 million CAT A and CAT B refurbishment scheme within a prestigious Grade I listed building, helping deliver the remaining phases of a multi-floor commercial fit-out project.The project has already successfully handed over one floor, with a further seven floors remaining, and the successful candidate will provide additional management support to an experienced site team led by a Site-Based Project Manager and Senior Project Managers.There is also potential for further contract extensions and future opportunities, with the client delivering projects across Liverpool and the wider region.Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operationsCoordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are achievedMaintaining high standards of health, safety and qualityManaging trades on CAT A and CAT B refurbishment worksConducting site inspections and progress reportingLiaising with project management teams, client representatives and subcontractorsEnsuring works are delivered efficiently ..... full job details .....
