Site Manager Location: Bentham, Lancaster, LA2 7HLRate: £260 per dayDuration: 5 DaysStart Date: ASAPHours: 07:00am - 4:00pmWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a shop refurbishment project in Bentham, Lancaster.This is a short-term contract ideal for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong building and structural works background, capable of managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.The Role You will be responsible for overseeing the completion phase of the project, including: Managing snagging and final completion worksSupervising the safe removal of temporary props and scaffoldingOverseeing structural works within a pharmacy areaCoordinating subcontractors and site activitiesEnsuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirementsMaintaining health and safety standards and site complianceConducting site inspections and quality checksLiaising with the client and project team throughout the completion phase Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial or retail constructionStrong background in building, refurbishment and structural worksExperience overseeing wall demolition and structural alterationsExcellent communication and site coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and ensure programme delivery Essential Certifications SMSTSTemporary WorksFirst Aid at WorkAsbestos AwarenessCSCS Black Card (preferred) PPE ..... full job details .....
