Site Manager (Contract) Location: Horwich, BoltonRate: £220 per dayHours: 7:00am 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (45 hours per week)Start Date: Monday 19th OctoberDuration: Approximately 2 Months (Until Friday 18th December)Sector: Construction and Property Education RefurbishmentSite Manager - Education Refurbishment Project We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a live education refurbishment project based in Horwich, Bolton.Working on behalf of a reputable contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of refurbishment works within an occupied educational environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.The scheme includes: Cubicle installations and refurbishmentDoor replacementsFlooring worksCeiling refurbishmentsStructural alterationsManagement of subcontractors across multiple workstreamsWorking within a live school environment Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, maintaining health and safety compliance, and ensuring disruption to the client is kept to a minimum.Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operationsSupervising subcontractors and direct labourEnsuring adherence to project programme and deadlinesMaintaining high standards of health, safety and qualityConducting site inductions, toolbox talks and inspectionsManaging works within a live educational environmentCoordinating with client representatives and ..... full job details .....
