The scheme involves the delivery of a high-quality fit-out across two floors, with works scheduled to commence on 12th October and run for approximately 7 weeks. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme deadlines are achieved. Maintain high standards of health & safety on site. Monitor quality and ensure works are delivered to specification. Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors throughout the project. Manage site documentation and reporting through Procore. Requirements: Proven experience delivering CAT B interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out sequencing and subcontractor management. Experience using Procore software is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are required. Contract
