Site Manager  - CAT B Fit Out (Temporary Role)

Location: Salford

Start Date: 12th October

Duration: Approximately 7 Weeks

Rate: £250 a Day

8 hours a day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office fit-out project in Salford. The scheme involves the delivery of a high-quality fit-out across two floors, with works scheduled to commence on 12th October and run for approximately 7 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme deadlines are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site.
• Monitor quality and ensure works are delivered to specification.
• Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Manage site documentation and reporting through Procore.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering CAT B interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out sequencing and subcontractor management.
• Experience using Procore software is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are required.
