Job Title: Site Manager (New Build Construction)Location: Oxford / Swindon ideal)Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 + Car Allowance + Additional benefits About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic construction team delivering a range of new build projects. Projects will range from £2.5M to £12M and include a mix of commercial, retail, and industrial (shed) developments, including high-profile schemes such as airport-related projects.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations on new build construction projectsOversee works from groundworks through to completionCoordinate subcontractors, site teams, and materialsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetMaintain high health and safety standards across all sitesMonitor progress and report to senior managementLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersEnsure quality control and compliance with specifications Reporting Line Reporting directly to the Construction Manager Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projectsExperience working on projects ranging from £2.5M - £12MBackground with reputable regional contractors (e.g. similar to Beards Construction)Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to manage projects from the ground up Certifications (Essential) SMSTSFirst Aid at WorkCSCS Card (Black or Gold) Location and Travel Based across the Thames Valley regionCandidates located in or near Oxford or ..... full job details .....
