Are you a driven Site Manager looking to take the next step towards Project Management? We''re working with a growing and highly regarded fit-out contractor who is looking to develop their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who wants more responsibility, exposure to full project lifecycles, and a clear progression plan into a Project Manager role.

The Role

You''ll be working across fast-paced commercial office fit-out projects, managing site operations and supporting the wider project team to deliver high-quality finishes on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Monitoring programme progress and reporting to senior team members
• Quality control and ensuring works are delivered to specification
• Supporting Project Managers with project delivery and client liaison

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within office / commercial fit-out environments
• Ambitious and motivated to progress into a Project Manager role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track

Requirements

• SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
• First Aid qualification (essential)
• CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
