The works will involve creating new meeting rooms and partition walls, alongside MandE alterations and air-conditioning works within the basement.The RoleWe''re looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is comfortable working in a live office environment and willing to get involved where required.The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience managing commercial refurbishment / Cat B projectsExperience working in a live/tenanted office environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsA proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to muck in and assist with labouring when requiredKnowledge of Procore would be advantageousThe ability to maintain a professional and presentable site while the surrounding office remains occupied Required Tickets SMSTSFirst AidAsbestos AwarenessCSCS Black Card - ideal but not essential If you''re an experienced Site Manager available for the dates above and have a strong commercial refurbishment background, we''d like to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
