This is a  client and guest-facing role  within a live hotel environment, requiring a proactive and highly organised Site Manager who can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the works, with  health and safety as the highest priority . Scope of Works The project will involve the refurbishment of a swimming pool fit-out located on the  7th floor of the hotel , including: Demolition of the existing swimming pool. Temporary works, including scaffolding. Remediation works to weathered steel. Repair and replacement of areas of MF ceilings. First-fix electrical works. Tiling at both low and high level.
