The Role The successful Site Manager will be responsible for managing multiple fit-out trades and ensuring the project is delivered to a high-end clinical specification, while maintaining excellent standards of quality, safety and programme. Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating multiple fit-out trades on site. Overseeing the day-to-day running of the project. Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site operatives. Ensuring works are completed to a high-end clinical specification. Managing programme, quality and productivity. Liaising with the project management team and contractors. Ensuring site health and safety requirements are followed. Managing site logistics and traffic management. Overseeing civils works, including drainage, slabs and services.
