Site ManagerLocation: Preston, PR1 Rate: £220 per dayStart Date: Monday 20th JulyDuration: 15 weeksProject End: October 2026Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pmWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a window replacement scheme at a student halls of residence in Preston.Reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and supervising a team of approximately 12 operativesCoordinating subcontractors and site activitiesActing as the main point of contact for residents and the clientCompleting daily reporting using ProcoreCarrying out health and safety inspections and ensuring site complianceMaintaining site standards, including occasional light housekeeping dutiesAbout YouPrevious Site Manager experience is essentialExperience working on social housing and/or window replacement projects is highly desirableStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident in client-facing and resident liaison responsibilitiesExperience using Procore is advantageousEssential QualificationsSMSTSCSCS CardFirst Aid at WorkDesirable QualificationsAsbestos AwarenessFace Fit CertificateInterview ProcessCV submissions taking place this weekFace-to-face or Microsoft Teams interviews scheduled for next weekIf you''re an experienced Site Manager available to start on Monday 20th July, we''d love to ..... full job details .....
