The ideal candidate is hardworking, personable and demonstrates excellent teamwork skills.Job Duties Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives to maintain progress and quality of work.Monitor site budgets and resources, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of materials and labour.Ensure all works are completed on schedule and to the required specification, liaising closely with project managers and other stakeholders.Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions where necessary.Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, timesheets and site diaries.Support the delivery of new build housing projects from groundworks through to completion, adhering to traditional construction methods.Promote a positive working environment and foster strong relationships with site teams and external parties.
