This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing site operations within a tight timeframe.Job Duties Manage all on-site activities during the refurbishment project to ensure timely and safe completion in line with project specifications.Coordinate daily site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to maintain progress and quality standards.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the project duration.Monitor site budgets and resources, reporting any variances or issues promptly to the project manager.Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, site diaries, and inspection documentation.Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to identify and resolve potential risks or delays.Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and local authorities as required.Implement and enforce environmental and sustainability standards appropriate to the project.
