This role involves managing the refurbishment of the staff room, roofing works and the installation of automatic gates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities Plan, organise and manage all site activities related to the school refurbishment project.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including site inductions and regular safety inspections.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery.Monitor progress against project plans and schedules, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.Supervise site staff and contractors, ensuring effective communication and adherence to project requirements.Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, site diaries and risk assessments.Manage quality control processes to ensure all works meet specification and standards.Oversee the safe handling and disposal of asbestos materials in line with regulatory standards.Implement and maintain fire safety procedures, acting as Fire Marshall on site.Report regularly to the ..... full job details .....
