We''re looking for a Site Manager with a background in high-end residential to deliver bespoke, design-led projects - from contemporary new builds to carefully crafted refurbishments.

This is a role for someone who understands that quality isn''t a luxury - it''s the standard.

• Lead day-to-day site operations on bespoke residential builds
• Manage skilled trades and specialist subcontractors
• Work closely with architects to deliver design intent on site
• Maintain exceptional standards across finishes and detailing
• Keep projects on programme, on budget, and safe

• Proven experience in high-end or bespoke residential construction
• Strong eye for detail, finishes, and craftsmanship
• Comfortable working on architect-led, one-off projects
• SMSTS (or equivalent)
• Organised, proactive, and quality-driven

• No volume builds - every project is unique
