The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing a residential construction project that includes demolition, scaffolding, glazing and fire remediation works. This position requires hands-on management to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and supervise all site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
