This 20-week contract is ideal for a proactive and hands-on professional with a strong background in civil engineering, earthworks, and remediation.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnelEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsMonitor progress against programme and report to senior managementOversee quality control and ensure works meet required standards and specificationsMaintain accurate site records, including RAMS, permits, and daily logsLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils, earthworks, and remediation projectsStrong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practiceSMSTS certification (essential)First Aid at Work (preferred)CSCS card (Black or equivalent)Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple site activities What We Offer Opportunity to work with a respected environmental and civil engineering contractorCompetitive freelance rateDynamic and supportive project environment If you are ..... full job details .....
