This role offers the opportunity to manage a critical refurbishment scheme within the construction sector, ensuring high standards of health and safety, quality, and programme delivery.Job Duties Plan, organise and oversee all site activities relating to scaffold management, refurbishment works, and facades installation.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Manage subcontractors and suppliers on site to maintain quality standards and adherence to programme timelines.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety standards.Maintain accurate records of daily site operations, including site diaries, risk assessments, and method statements.Coordinate with project managers and clients to provide timely updates and resolve issues promptly.Lead toolbox talks and site meetings to communicate requirements, risks, and progress to the workforce.Manage resource allocation effectively to optimise productivity and minimise delays.Ensure all site activities are delivered within budget and to the agreed programme.
