This role requires close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain effective communication and manage resources efficiently. The Site Manager oversees all aspects of new build housing construction, including site set-up, health and safety compliance, progress monitoring, and problem resolution.Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.Implement and maintain health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor progress against the project programme and report on performance, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.Manage site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise efficiency and control costs.Maintain accurate site records, ..... full job details .....
