Site Manager Location: West Midlands, Worcestershire, BromsgroveJob Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pmSalary: £250 - £265 per dayAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide cover for a two-week period across various construction sites in the Brierley Hill and Redditch areas. The projects involve traditional build, new-build housing developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities Plan, organise and manage day-to-day site operations effectively and efficiently.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards at all times.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labour to maintain smooth progress on site.Monitor project schedules and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, site diaries, and risk assessments.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet specifications.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders professionally and promptly.Manage the delivery and storage of materials to reduce waste and prevent delays.Ensure that all site activities adhere to company policies and relevant construction regulations.Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise disruption and maintain progress.
