Site Manager

Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning housebuilder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, is looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead a Pride in the Job winning site on the Surrey/West Sussex borders. We will consider an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for their first step into a no1 position. Key Responsibilities: Manage all site resources, including labour, plant, and materials, while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations and delivering excellent client service. Conduct homeowner welcome meetings and explain the aftercare process. Take full ownership of on-site issues, ensuring they are addressed and resolved promptly. Oversee the ordering, storage, and utilization of materials to ensure cost-efficiency. Maintain control over sub-contractor activities by accurately itemizing, programming, and authorizing work as required.
