Site Manager

We are working with a quality-led SME housebuilder to appoint a Site Manager for a traditional-build project in North Hampshire. Ideally, you will demonstrate longevity within a similar operation and have the ability to act as No.1 on site.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of the development
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour and site activities
• Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety
• Ensuring the build programme remains on schedule
• Overseeing inspections, reporting and site documentation
• Supporting the successful handover of completed homes
