Site Manager

Write up: We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing SME Main Contractor specialising in cladding remediation and external fa ade refurbishment. This is an opportunity to work on projects that make a genuine difference, delivering vital building safety improvements across occupied residential developments. You will take responsibility for managing the removal of existing cladding systems and overseeing the installation of compliant, fire-safe replacement fa ade systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards. The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current building regulations and fire safety requirements. Many projects will be carried out within occupied residential buildings, making communication, planning and resident consideration key aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities Manage all site activities from mobilisation through to completion. Coordinate the safe removal of existing cladding systems. Oversee the installation of new compliant cladding and fa ade systems. Ensure works are completed in accordance with design specifications, Building Regulations and fire safety requirements.
