Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Plan, programme, and sequence works to meet project milestones and deadlines. Monitor budgets, manage subcontractors, and report on progress to senior management. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and quality standards, including Building Regulations and NHBC requirements. Key Requirements: Experience within an SME housebuilder is essential. Proven track record of delivering quality-led schemes of approximately 80 units.
