The works are being carried out within a live, occupied commercial building , so previous experience managing projects in operational environments is essential. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard, whilst maintaining excellent communication with the client and building occupants. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the site. Coordinate subcontractors and oversee all site activities. Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme. Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance.
