This is a full refurbishment scheme including: Roof refurbishment Internal strip-out Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Decorating and finishing works Full site management from start to completion The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.
