Due to a new project in Hull, they''re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fit out from start to finish. This is a hands-on role. They''re looking for someone who''s happy to manage the site but also isn''t afraid to jump on the tools when needed to help keep the project on programme. The Role Managing the day-to-day running of a commercial fit out project in Hull. Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour. Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. Liaising with the Contracts Manager, client and suppliers. Completing site paperwork, inductions and health & safety documentation. Helping out on the tools when required to keep the programme on track. What We''re Looking For Previous experience managing shopfitting, retail or commercial fit out projects.
