The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Organising and managing trades on site. Liaising closely with the Principal Contractor and other project stakeholders. Managing the day-to-day progress of kitchen and bathroom installations. Carrying out inspections, snagging and ensuring defects are resolved. Monitoring material requirements and arranging restocking as required. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site.
