This is a 2-month contract focused on the final stages of the project, so we''re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and proven experience managing finishing trades. A strong M&E background is essential, as you''ll be overseeing the completion and coordination of mechanical and electrical works alongside the finishing programme. Key Responsibilities: Manage the finishing phase of a live student accommodation project. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and finishing trades. Ensure M&E works are completed to programme and specification. Drive quality, snagging, and handover processes. Maintain health & safety standards on site. Liaise with the project team to ensure works are delivered on time. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on finishing projects. Strong M&E knowledge and experience.
