Site Manager - Night Shift Retail Fit OutLocation: Stoke initially, then BoltonWorking Hours: Sunday-Thursday nightsType: FreelanceDuration: OngoingAccommodation: Digs provided when requiredThe RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a contractor delivering ongoing retail fit out projects for a major retailer.The initial project will be based in Stoke, before moving up to Bolton, with further projects to follow. Due to the contractor''s long-term contract with the retailer, there is the potential for years of ongoing work for the right person.You will be responsible for managing the night shift on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme and to the required standard.You will have a small team on site, including a Joiner and Labourer, and will be expected to lead the team effectively while being comfortable getting stuck in and helping out when required.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the night shift and overseeing day-to-day site activitiesLeading and coordinating the Joiner and Labourer on siteManaging subcontractors and trades on siteEnsuring works are completed safely and to programmeMaintaining high standards of quality and workmanshipCoordinating deliveries, materials and site logisticsCompleting site paperwork, reports and daily recordsLiaising with the wider project teamEnsuring the site is left safe, clean and ready for the following shiftAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Previous Site Management experience within retail ..... full job details .....
