The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring health & safety standards are upheld throughout the project. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site activities from start to completion Manage subcontractors, trades, and site logistics Coordinate refurbishment and roofing works safely and efficiently Ensure works are completed on programme and to specification Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control Coordinate materials, deliveries, and labour on site Liaise with the Contracts Manager, client, and subcontractors Complete site documentation, progress reports, and RAMS reviews Requirements Previous experience managing warehouse refurbishment and roofing projects SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Strong organisation...
