The initial project will be based in Stoke , before moving up to Bolton , with further projects to follow. Due to the contractor''s long-term contract with the retailer, there is the potential for years of ongoing work for the right person. You will be responsible for managing the night shift on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme and to the required standard. You will have a small team on site, including a Joiner and Labourer , and will be expected to lead the team effectively while being comfortable getting stuck in and helping out when required.
