Site Manager Location: Hull Start Date: ASAP Duration: 26-Weeks Rate: 300 per daySite Manager - Retail Cut and Carve Project - HullI''m working with a fit-out and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a retail cut and carve project in Hull.The works involve the subdivision of an existing shopping unit into two smaller retail units, including associated strip-out, partitioning, and builder''s works.The role would suit someone who is experienced in civils/groundworks, as well as fitout.You will report into a site-based Project Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of trades and site activities throughout the programme.The Role:Managing day-to-day site operations on a live retail projectOverseeing externals and groundworksCoordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are metSupervising strip-out and alteration works safely and efficientlyAssisting the Project Manager with progress updates and coordinationMaintaining site records and daily reportsKey Requirements:Previous experience as a Site Manager on retail refurbishment or cut and carve projectsExperience managing subcontractors in fast-paced environmentsStrong understanding of health and safety and site complianceSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid ..... full job details .....
