Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment / New BuildLocation: HarlowStart Date: 19/06Duration: 24 WeeksProject Value: Approx. 2mWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment and rebuild project in Harlow.The project involves the refurbishment and partial new build of a large commercial/industrial shed following significant fire damage. This is a fast-paced project with a programme duration of approximately 24 weeks.Responsibilities:Day-to-day management of site operationsCoordinating subcontractors and trades on siteManaging programme and ensuring works are delivered on timeMaintaining high health and safety standards throughout the projectLiaising with clients, consultants, and senior managementOverseeing refurbishment, structural, and new build elementsManaging site paperwork, RAMS, inductions, permits, and progress reportingQuality control and snagging managementRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projectsExperience delivering refurbishment and new build worksStrong health and safety knowledgeExcellent organisational and communication skillsSMSTS, First Aid and CSCS requiredFire-damaged/refurbishment experience beneficial but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hands-on Site Manager to join a significant commercial project with an immediate start available.Please submit your CV or get in touch for further information. ..... full job details .....
