I''m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 12-week school refurbishment project in Handsworth.

Project Scope:

• Roof works
• Toilet refurbishment
• Window replacements
• Internal refurbishment works

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• In-date Enhanced DBS (Essential)
• Previous experience managing school refurbishment projects
• Strong health & safety knowledge
• Excellent subcontractor management skills

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with experience delivering refurbishment projects within a live education environment.
