Site Manager - Bath AreaWe are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a 10-12 week project based in the Bath area, starting 22nd June.The project involves structural works and refurbishment to 2 residential flats above a commercial shop unit.Responsibilities:Overseeing day-to-day site operationsManaging subcontractors and trades on siteEnsuring health and safety compliance is maintained at all timesCoordinating structural and refurbishment worksKeeping project running to programme and reporting progressLiaising with client, suppliers and site teamsRequirements:Previous Site Management experience on refurb / structural projectsSMSTSFirst AidCSCS CardStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage works in a live/high street environment preferredProject Details:Location: Bath areaDuration: 10-12 weeksStart Date: 22nd JuneIf interested, please apply with your CV and availability. ..... full job details .....
