The role will involve overseeing re-roofing and reroofing works across a number of residential properties, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard and within programme. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience managing roofing projects, ideally within social housing. Strong knowledge of re-roofing and reroofing works. Experience supervising roofing gangs and subcontractors. Good understanding of health & safety and site documentation. Ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate works across different locations. Relevant SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS qualifications. What''s on offer: -250 per day. Ongoing contract.
