We are currently recruiting for a Roofing Site Manager to join an ongoing social housing contract covering Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

The role will involve overseeing re-roofing and reroofing works across a number of residential properties, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard and within programme.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience managing roofing projects, ideally within social housing.

• Strong knowledge of re-roofing and reroofing works.

• Experience supervising roofing gangs and subcontractors.

• Good understanding of health & safety and site documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate works across different locations.

• Relevant SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS qualifications.
