Location: Bristol | Salary: £240 - £250/day | Type: Temporary | Roofing Site Manager - Bristol Start: End of August Duration: 6 Months Rate: Negotiable Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee a roofing refurbishment project in Bristol , starting at the end of August. This is a 6-month contract working across occupied residential properties , including a Grade II listed building . The project will involve the installation of insulation to flat roofs, so previous experience managing roofing works within occupied environments and on heritage buildings is highly desirable. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing roofing projects Experience working on occupied residential properties Knowledge of Grade II listed or heritage building works Experience with flat roofing and insulation installations SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Strong communication and site management skills If you''re available at the end of August and have the relevant experience, we''d like to hear from you.
