The role will involve managing the day-to-day delivery of the project on site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring the works are delivered safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day running of the site Coordinating subcontractors and site trades Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification Managing health & safety on site Quality control and snagging Liaising with the client, subcontractors and project team Keeping site records and relevant documentation up to date Driving the project through to completion Requirements Previous experience managing commercial office fit-out projects Strong CAT B fit-out experience SMSTS CSCS First Aid Good communication and organisational skills Able to manage subcontractors and drive a project forward Contract
