Site Manager - Warehouse Refurbishment and Roof Replacement Northampton Start Date: Immediate Duration: 8 WeeksWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a warehouse refurbishment and roof replacement project in Northampton on an 8-week contract basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld throughout the project.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site activities from start to completionManage subcontractors, trades, and site logisticsCoordinate refurbishment and roofing works safely and efficientlyEnsure works are completed on programme and to specificationCarry out site inductions and toolbox talksMaintain high standards of health and safety and quality controlCoordinate materials, deliveries, and labour on siteLiaise with the Contracts Manager, client, and subcontractorsComplete site documentation, progress reports, and RAMS reviewsRequirementsPrevious experience managing warehouse refurbishment and roofing projectsSMSTSCSCS CardFirst Aid at WorkStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage programme and subcontractors effectivelyDesirableExperience working within live industrial or warehouse environmentsRoofing and external envelope ..... full job details .....
